Policies

  1. Additional Adult (Beyond 2 Adults) – ADD $10 per adult.
  2. Check-In: After 3:00 p.m.
  3. Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.($10 fee for approved late checkout).
  4. Taxes 6.875% state sales tax; 4% local lodging tax, and 1.0% local tax.
  5. Pets: A Pet is allowed in only one of the 2 bedroom condos at $5.00 per night extra (single unit during slower periods only). Manager approval necessary. Only a small, well-behaved dog is allowed (no puppies). Pets may not be left unattended in unit. There is a charge of $50 for an unauthorized pet.
  6. Room rate is per room, per night.
  7. Deposit & Cancellation Policy: Deposit of $25 required at time of reservation. If cancellation made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date, half the deposit will be returned. Guest liable for the first night if cancellation made 3 days or less (14 days for groups reserving more than 2 units)prior to the arrival date unless we are able to rent the unit(s); in that case, only the $25 deposit will be retained.
  8. Four maximum in units with two queen beds,unless family with children,then 5 allowed(2 Queen beds in motel or single bedroom condo).
  9. NO COOKING in motel units.
  10. ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING. Guest will be liable for any cost to return unit to original condition with a minimum charge of $50 per unit for smoking.
  11. A credit card is required on all reservations(including off road) even if paying cash or check. Guest will be liable for all damages on credit card.
  12. Rates and Policies are subject to change without notice.
  13. Discounts or deals cannot be combined with each other.
